We can provide as fast as 24 – 72 hours, depending on the caregiver’s availability.
Q: Are the Seterra Care caregivers and nurses trained, experienced and certified?
Yes, our caregivers are well trained and experienced, and our nurses are certified by Malaysia Nursing Board.
Q: How much does Seterra Care services cost?
The cost of services depends on the care requirement. Each person will be assessed and then verified by our staff nurse. Rest assured, we are committed to transparency and will provide you with a comprehensive breakdown of our fees.
Our aim is to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the financial aspects before starting the care services.
Q: What is the minimum number of required days and/or hours of service?
For a caregiver, we offer as low as 10 hours of single visit service, while for a nurse, we can provide as low as 1 hour of single visit service. However, additional hours or days can be added if the need arises.
Q: Can Seterra Care provide caregivers outside of Klang Valley?
Yes, we can provide services outside of Klang Valley for all the States across Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak (subject to the availability of the caregiver)
Q: How do I know if my loved one needs care services?
The need for aged care services can vary based on an individual’s health and abilities.
If a person is having difficulty with daily tasks, experience frequent falls, shows signs of memory decline, or requires medical attention, it may be time to consider our services.
Q: Are your caregivers able to stay-in?
Yes, we do have stay-in packages with a minimum stay of 5 days a week.
